Both love and betrayal are eternal concepts that accompany humanity, just like betrayal, loyalty, dedication or humility.

The immortal play “Loyalty and Love” by the great German poet, playwright and thinker, Friedrich Schiller, is a tragic love story between an aristocratic young man, Ferdinand, and a representative of a relatively low circle, Luisa.

Director Gocha Kapanadze chose to talk to the audience about these eternal topics, because classics are classics because they are always extremely modern, as evidenced by the entire work of the immortal Schiller.
